Our first reserve bottling of Charbono. The warm days and cool nights of the Sierra Foothills produce a tiny quantity of rare Charbono, rich with fresh black cherry flavor and an herbaceous hint of thyme. A reserve bottling is produced only when nature and the winemaker conspire to create something very special. Exceptional fruit, select oak barrels, and extended aging yield a limited wine of unique character.
